As a smaller housebuilder, we offer a personal level of service to every customer, no matter what type or size property you purchase, so the home-buying process is straightforward and simple.

We build our houses to extremely high standards so it is unlikely you’ll encounter any problems – even so, we provide dedicated sales and support so customers are never left alone to negotiate the complexities of home ownership.

Energy efficient

Our properties are extremely energy efficient with the latest energy-saving devices and measures installed so you have peace of mind that your home has a small carbon footprint – and smaller bills too.

Safety and security is always a priority. All our new homes feature secure double glazed windows, fire resistant materials, circuit breakers and smoke alarms. Modern locks and alarms are also installed to lower home owner insurance premiums.

Complete support

We support home buyers in every aspect of the process from recommending independent solicitors and mortgage brokers if required, to helping them reserve their property and liaising with the legal team to ensure timely and seamless exchange of contracts and completion.

We meet our customers at their new property on moving day and stay in contact to ensure they are entirely satisfied. We’re on hand for up to two years post purchase and of course, all of our homes come with a 10-year new homes warranty.
