We specialise in joint ventures and flexible partnering arrangements with the not-for-profit (NFP), public and private sectors.
We are the part of the Millbank Group with a specific focus on enabling the provision of social and community projects and have a particularly strong motivation to improve opportunities for children and young people.
Our partners and clients include charities, schools, housing associations, local authorities, businesses, commercial organisations and other public, NFP and private sector groups.
We use our experience and contacts as property development consultants and developers to work closely with our partners to source, assemble and develop sites and buildings across London and the South East.
We draw on our extensive in-house knowledge and external contacts in the land and property markets and we are supported by the consultancy expertise of Millbank Land and the property development experience of Millbank Homes. This enables us to source and skilfully appraise a diverse range of property opportunities and to deliver much-needed homes and community and commercial premises.
How We Work with Contractors and Consultants
Millbank Partnerships projects are procured through partnering agreements and joint ventures with landowners and occupiers. We have a strong core of contractors and other industry experts that we currently work with and we are continually looking to embrace and develop relationships with new partners.
We would be delighted to hear from contractors and consultants with strong track records in design and on-site delivery and performance throughout the planning and construction process.
In return, we can offer access to property development opportunities that require the delivery of an outstanding product, based on clear client briefs that are developed in consultation with our partners.
Working with Landowners
We are always looking to explore new opportunities, particularly on under-utilised or obsolete sites and properties where we can add value for owners. We do this by winning valuable planning permissions, improving old or existing permissions, arranging disposals or purchasing and developing. We can do this on a conditional, joint venture or unconditional basis.
