Our group are experts in brownfield development and in recent years have successfully advised and recycled a wide variety of derelict industrial sites and redundant commercial buildings. Our experience and specialist skills in exploiting brownfield opportunities, promoting land and negotiating changes of use means we can often make land work where others cannot.
